Congratulations to Chase Palosaari on his nice 8-point. We had been watching it since late may, earning our nickname “wide boy.” His inside spread was 18 inches.
Also we found out, someone had shot at it with a bow. I have several healthy pictures of him in late october, so someone must have shot him in early november.
I figured it was time to battle with my leaning chimney. It was over 12″ out of plum and the center of gravity was closing in on the edge. It was fun, I have half of my hole filled with quickrete know. Once it cures I will fill the other half. The sad part about the project was, someone before I owned the house put useless flashing to cover the whole in the ceiling instead of leveling the chimney then.
