Apple loves to advertise, like I pointed out below. I guess to many people claim false advertising, this time on the iphone.
Apples statement in its ads “Apple advertised the iPhone 3G by calling it “twice as fast for half the price” compared with the original handset.”
Lawsuit, for false advertising, said statement is not true.
Apples response “alleged deceptive statements were such that no reasonable person in Plaintiff’s position could have reasonably relied on or misunderstood Apple’s statements as claims of fact”
In everyday english apple said, “ONLY IDIOTS BELIEVE OUR COMMERCIALS ARE FACTUAL”.
