Well it was a pretty busy weekend, with Mark getting married on 11/17/08. Congrats. If you haven’t heard I rolled a 6 point off my truck on 11/14/08. I avoided him enough that he flipped, got up and ran off. I wish I hit him a little harder so I could have gotten some meat for my dents.
It’s not so bad if you have seen that side of my truck, and it is a truck, no carpeted bed here, wackos.
It was snowing pretty hard on the way back after the wedding, and seems to have snowed almost every day since. It is starting to build up.
Wow, watched some cnn today, rocky road on the markets this week also and fires out west. I don’t even think a fire can stay going up here right now and we could use the heat. The markets - There is a big, a real big push toward socialism in this country right now and it is a shame. It was started a long time ago with minimum wage requirements. It sucks that labor is a commodity and it does affect peoples lives, but we should never take away the right to be able to work or make it illegal to work at certain wages. Unions have really torn down certain industries in the U.S. and it looks like the automakers are the latest. We should not bail out businesses it only weakens our economy. It will get worse before it gest better. The downturn is good, hopefully we can get all the non fiscally sound companies and government programs exposed and closed down so our country can get back on track. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Unions, Risky Investment Banks, Minimum Wage, Unemployment insurance all need to get closed down. Get ready if you can, I am afraid Obama will try to save too many, unfortunately we will find the ceiling of how many people can keep what they have with no jobs and everyone else will be taxed too heavy to keep these programs going that all of them fail.
There is a tipping point and we might be getting ready to test it, if not handled right, which it hasn’t been yet, we will all be in trouble.
