“Buff”wich is born
Congratulation’s Milton & Louise on 50!
The party gave birth to a new Tom creation the Buffwich. It is a combination of buffet and sandwich, a full meal with all coarse sealed in between 2 pieces of bread or a bun.
First I grabbed a whole wheat bun and separated the top from the bottom. next came the hot roast beef as a base layer. That was topped off with a lettuce, carrot, cucumber salad. In order for this to work, I needed a glue like agent for the next layer, and heavy on the ranch won this spot. Red potatoes got put on the side, useful for the sandwich but more needed to be done. A classic dessert, a scocth-a-roo was sqaurely placed in the ranch. Ah, potato time I thought. I worked the reds into a nice mashed state and applied evenly over the scocth-a-roo. Now all that was left to do was cover with the top of the bun and eat.
The taste was amazing, a full buffet of flavor hitting the sense all at once, each bite could have been a whole meal in its self. The chocolate on the top of the scocth-a-roo melted nicely from the heat of the potatoes and was quite good. Given the chance I would make this sandwich again.
