Caught a nice 23 1/2″ Walleye today.  Wow I’m looking good.

Came upon a little wreck in downtown Houghton. Looks like the driver of the Echo has a nice dog and pony show going out on a stretcher.

Not sure if this is anywhere else on the web right now.  There was a story last year about a mysterious circle on a river near Amasa.  Perfectly round, in very thin ice, which was rotating in the middle of the river.  These pictures were sent to me shortly after they were taken.  Not sure what,who, or how these were made but this is the story I heard.

Late one night(i could look up the exact date but I am lazy) a person was driving home and passed a junction.  They saw some lights down the road that they passed and never gave it another thought.  After sleeping that night the next morning he asked around to see if there was any construction, or if anyone else in the area knew what the lights were.  No one seemed to know.  He went down to the bridge where he saw the lights and saw this amazing circle cut into the ice.  Right now the running theory was it is a UFO landing site and it cut the circle in the thin ice.

Well I spent the morning at the Delaware spectator point watching the LSPR and helping out at the AutoValue hot dog tent. Went through 650 hot dogs in an hour and a half. Pretty uneventful for cars coming around the hairpin turn. Some spin outs, nothing big, a pretty slow corner on the course I guess. Cousin Dave caught a rock from the red truck that came by, it hit him in the arm.
